Truffle Honey, Berries + Jam Grilled Cheese

Blackberries, blueberries + raspberries
Lemon juice + zest
Butter, for grilling
Sourdough bread
Strawberry Raspberry Tarragon Jam
Gruyere cheese
Brie cheese
Thyme leaves
Truffle honey

 

1. In a bowl, add in the berries, lemon juice, zest and smash together with a fork.

2. To a pan, add in butter. Build the sandwich with one slice of bread, Strawberry Raspberry Tarragon Jam, cheeses, a sprinkle of thyme leaves and a spoonful of the smashed berries.

3. Top with another slice of bread and toast until golden brown on each side.
Drizzle with truffle honey and serve.
